According to lawsuit pending jigga man is stiffing staffers on their dollars at 40/40 Club
TMZ.com reports that Celeste Williams who once was a server at the luxurious 40/40 Club is owed some back pay. According to the papers filed, seen HERE, the company Twenty Ones, Inc and the hip hop leader, who own the night spot have held Ms. Wiliam's tips, not paying for overtime and reports of not even paying mininum wage.
Not only that in the complaint filed there are over 100 people involved. Yet per Ron Berkowitz, 40/40's rep, denies all and states that Ms. Williams only worked their for a total of 4 days. The club has yet to recieve such claims from the courts and state, "all employees keep 100% of their tips, and that any allegation of wait staff being unpaid is false.
Another case of someone tryin' to get Sean Carters dollars or 40/40 holding back? Time will tell.
